London firewall issue
Submitted by gavint on Tue, 22/06/2010 - 19:24We just experienced a loss of network connectivity resulting from a firewall issue. This has been corrected and we believe it is related to a previously identified issue that we are waiting for a fix for from the vendor concerned. We are hoping to have this fix deployed in the next two weeks which should avoid any future re-occurence.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We believe all customer servers should now be operational again but we are re-building the affected host. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Resolved: London firewall issue
Submitted by gavint on Sun, 13/06/2010 - 01:56We experienced a network connectivity issue earlier this morning that was caused by a core dump on a firewall at our primary site. Unfortunately failover to the secondary firewall did not occur automatically and we had to intervene to restore service.
We are investigating the cause with the vendor and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
