XenServer Host Issue

One of our XenServer hosts has become unresponsive and we need to restart the host as a result. This will cause a disruption to some customer virtual machines.

This issue is now resolved and all affected virtual machines are now coming back online.

We are still investigating the cause of the issue but please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing an unexpected issue with one of our XenServer hosts. This is affecting a number of client virtual machines. We are currently investigating the problem and, where possible, moving client machines to other hosts.

Hosted Exchange Issue

We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our XenServer hosts that is affecting a number of customer virtual machines.

We are working to resolve the issue at the moment. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Update 07:13 All customer virtual machines are now back online. We are looking into the cause of the unexpected reboot of the host.

Emergency Maintenance: XenSever Pool

Unfortunately it has not been able to immediately recover the XenServer host that was upgraded this evening.

To ensure that remaining customer virtual machines can get back online we are going to add additional RAM to the other hosts in the pool. This will result in all virtual machines experiencing a small amount of downtime.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 01:13: Around 60% of customer virtual machines are now back online; we are still working on the rest. We are aiming to get all virtual machines back online by 02:00 and thank you for your patience.

London firewall issue

We are experiencing an issue with our London firewall cluster that is resulting in network unavailability at our main site.

Update 06:17: This issue is now resolved. We still have one cluster node down and an engineer will be visiting the data centre later today to restore full cluster operation.

London firewall issue

We just experienced a loss of network connectivity resulting from a firewall issue. This has been corrected and we believe it is related to a previously identified issue that we are waiting for a fix for from the vendor concerned. We are hoping to have this fix deployed in the next two weeks which should avoid any future re-occurence.

We are experiencing further issues with one of our XenServer hosts and have had to restart all customer virtual servers on other hosts.

We believe all customer servers should now be operational again but we are re-building the affected host. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
