We are currently experiencing an unexpected problem with the firewalls at our primary data centre. This issue affects all hosting customers. We are working to resolve the issue and will investigate its cause once resolved.

We have experienced a further issue with our London firewall cluster affecting all traffic at our primary site. We have now restored service and will be scheduling emergency maintenance to apply an operating system update in the next 48 hours.

We experienced an issue with our firewall cluster this evening which resulted in around 45 minutes of downtime for all customers. We have now resolved this issue and will be investigating the cause.

12/02/2010 22:00 - 22:15 GMT: Emergency Maintenance

We will be performing emergency maintenance to upgrade our firewalls this evening from 22:00 to 22:15.

All services will be affected during this window but we will aim to keep downtime to a minimum. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

05/02/2010 18:00 GMT - 06/02/2010 22:00 GMT: Hosted Exchange Maintenance

The hardware supporting our Exchange service will be moved to a new datacentre on the weekend of the 5th and 6th of February 2010. This will result in service interruption for all Hosted Exchange customers. No incoming email will be lost or rejected as a result of the move, all email will be queued and processed as normal after the move is completed.

The timelines of the move are given below:

FRIDAY 5th February
18:00 GMT - All Hosted Exchange services (Mail, OWA and Control Panel) cease.
